Dear Participant,

We’re so excited to have you join us for the Paralympic Day Walkathon! Before the big day, here’s everything you need to know to get ready.

Race Pack Collection Details:
Head down to collect your race pack on either of these dates:

Date: 22 – 23 August 2026
Time: 12 PM – 5 PM
Location: Singapore National Paralympic Council (SNPC)

Can’t make it those days? No worries — you can also collect your race pack on event day, 29 August, from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM at Angsana Green, East Coast Park. Just have your order number ready when you arrive!

Sending Someone to Collect on Your Behalf?
That’s totally fine! Simply have your family member or friend bring along a copy of your order/invoice confirmation slip and a signed authorisation form. You can download the form here.

Event Day Details

Date: Saturday, 29 August 2026
Time: 10:30 AM
Location: Angsana Green, East Coast Park (Getting There)

On the Day:

A QR code will be provided at the event — scan it to access the interactive digital map and navigate the route with ease.
Make sure your phone is fully charged before you arrive, and consider bringing a portable charger just in case.
Most importantly — walk safely and have a wonderful time!

Important Notes

A few things to keep in mind so your experience goes smoothly:

There is no bag deposit area on-site, so please pack light and only bring what you need.
Bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated along the way.
Pack a raincoat or umbrella just in case the weather decides to be unpredictable!
Most importantly — stay safe, look out for one another, and have a great time!

Wet Weather Plan

We’ll be keeping a close eye on the weather, but here’s what to expect if it rains:

Heavy rain before the event: We’ll postpone the start by 30 minutes and hope for clearer skies.
Rain continues for more than 1 hour: The event will unfortunately be cancelled — but your medallion and mini plush keychain will still be distributed to all participants. You won’t leave empty-handed!
